AMS to Applied Conversions

TAM to Epic Conversions
While there are many similarities between TAM and Epic, there are still many, many things that are different. An understanding of the differences and how to setup Epic to best utilize the power of this new tool for your agency is critical. With remote access to your current TAM system, our team of professionals will evaluate your current system usage and make recommendations for streamlining and enhancements that will translate into the new Epic environment and help take your agency to the next level of productivity available with this tool. We will design, coordinate and monitor your implementation timeline with your Applied team as well as your agency personnel through the entire process.
While Epic is a robust new tool, there are still several areas such as form letters and proposals that require additional programming after the initial data conversion. Our team will convert your current documents, make recommendations for revisions and enhancements or build these tools from the ground up to your specifications. More effective programming tools for documents and download will be available with the Epic 5.0 release. It is our current recommended that our clients wait until this update is online. This update is expected for general release 2.21.11.
PrintBoss Check Printing
This is a powerful tool by Wellspring software that works very well with TAM, Epic, QuickBooks and other 3rd party accounting programs. Stop spending inordinate amounts of money on customized checks for all the different bank accounts in the agency, your personnel banking and other non-agency entities. PrintBoss allows you to fully customize the check output for a variety of different bank accounts on blank check stock, including the MICR line for the bank routing and account number – without the need for costly check stock for each account. SynerDynamics Group can assist you with the initial software and peripheral supply purchase, Applied Systems custom programming and installation at prices lower than buying direct from Wellspring.

With technology in our favor, agency accounting doesn’t have to be a full time job in most agencies, yet everyone has to have it.
