This process evaluates the breadth and depth of your entire organization. Two-fold, it begins with the agency’s completion of the Agency @Vantage survey, which is sent to your consultant prior to their onsite visit for analysis. The onsite visit is typically a 2-day event (based on the size of your organization and scope of study) where your consultant spends time with both agency principals and staff further evaluating the areas originally surveyed by the Agency @Vantage survey. Upon completion of the on-site visit a thorough review of the organization is returned to the agency principals complete with findings and recommendations needed to take your agency to the next level of excellence.
