“Keep It Simple” is SDG’s philosophy on profiling personnel.  While there are a variety of complicated and expensive profiling tools out in the marketplace today, we believe the only long-term personnel management solution is when the manager and the staff actually understands what goes into the score on the profile and can use the information, long past the hire, to effectively manage their staff.  Our proven management success tool looks not only at the 4 basic personality types, we also dig deeper into the things that make up a candidate or staff member’s “Zone” or the elements of their environment that help their personality to thrive, in addition to the ways they show “Passion” for what they do and the bearing that their life experiences (both personal and professional) has on their performance.  Our management coaches will train agency management to understand the impact of the profile elements on the hire, or current staff person, as well as long-term personnel leadership and development.
