| I enjoy doing behavioral profiling for a number of my clents. While we start with some basic framework profiling data, for close to 10 years of doing this, I’ve never seen the same profile results. Our 8th Habit is what makes us who we are – unique, individual, one of a kind. Take time to study yourself, look at what your passions are and how they fuel what it is you do the best and enjoy the most. Look at your life experiences, both personal and professional and how they have shaped that uniqueness that you alone bring to the table – then capitalize on it. Yes, researchers say you are born with your personality, or at least the basis of it. Life is a constant process of refining and defining who you are and what you’re here to do. Find that and you’ll find the “keys to the kingdom”. Even the word “work” will have a new meaning to you when you’re doing what fits your zone or sweet spot. Trust me, it’s in there, ya just gotta find it. |
