“Nimble” – that’s today’s keyword.  If you’re not mentally ready to be ready to move in whatever direction the marketplace is shifting you’re never going to be successful in a marketplace that’s changing at internet speed. Buzz words today include proactive versus reactive – yet we have to be both. No one, short of a crystal ball, can be ready for everything, but if you’re mentally nimble you are as close as you can be. Yes, we’ve got to be proactive, looking for the next pitfall and counteracting its impact – intuiting the next opportunity and on guard with creativity followed up with action.
