Converting to TAM or Epic doesn’t have to be painful ! (Tip #3)

You can save yourself a bunch of headaches by cleaning up your data long before you even begin your conversion process.

Tip #3 – Rumor has it that AMS360 (maybe even AfW) won’t let you enter a policy without an Exec or Rep code, never tried it myself but trust my source, so we’ll run with it ;). Bottom line is, TAM WILL allow this, but it’s not a good data standard going into a new management system platform.  Run your exist into excel and look for policies that don’t have a Producer/Exec or a CSR/Rep code.  Not sure what to do next?  Let’s talk about what the best way to handle this in your current system and how you can use it in TAM or Epic going forward.
