Focused – Intentional – Time = FIT Coaching
High frequency impactful coaching is where we see the greatest results, both on the court or in the cubicle, even the corner office. FIT Coaching is designed to reveal, refine and re-focus Huddle members in 5 – 6 different skills through weekly web-based events.
Pre-Season Weekly Huddle topics are focused on increasing awareness, agility and performance in the following Strength & Conditioning skills:
- Commanding Confidence
- Fit Focus
- Winning Game Plan
- Decided Discipline
- Winner’s Mentality
- Steel Leadership
Huddles of 3-4 are carefully crafted with synergy of the members and a winning outcome strategy in mind.
Weekly Huddles are typically 15 minute call/webinar events. [Web presence is encouraged for optimal outcome, but optional if logistics preclude occasional use.] Huddle Re-caps with supplemental resources are emailed to each Player following each event to enhance retention, reinforce the content and encourage each player’s Strength-Training until the next Huddle, and beyond.
“Why just 15 minutes?” So glad you asked! Research repeatedly shows that in the United States, the average attention span is 20 minutes and with each element of multi-tasking that percentage drops dramatically. We realize that “coaching” is available in a variety of different forms and fashions. In FIT Coaching we capitalize on delivering an impactful message by bringing a short, focused concept regarding one, but often encompassing several of the Strength & Conditioning skills each week, then follow-up with Huddle Re-caps that reinforce the focus for the week. You’d be surprised how much value you can get out of 15 focused minutes, which grows exponentially with reinforcement.

Our coaching relationships are offered in 3 different formats based on what you or your players need. Each include additional Lean In Huddles, which are personalized, intentional, one-on-one coaching sessions where the player can get specific or situational coaching to enhance their own individual game.
Pre-Season Huddles are a 3-month commitment with weekly Huddles plus 3 Lean In Huddles with your coach each month.
Regular Season Huddles are a 6-month commitment, including weekly Huddles plus 6 Lean In Huddles with your coach each month.
