Are you keeping up with your customer’s expectations?

Paying attention to what you hear from your client’s will shape where you take your business.  It gives you an opportunity to experiment a little, be innovative and improve things on a small scale initially, but can have huge long-term benefits of satisfied loyal clients, but the key is you’ve got to ask, don’t just assume you know what your clients expect/want.
