Data Conversion Project Best Practices #5: Correcting Mistakes

The web-based and typical onsite training sessions speak very little to correcting mistakes.  Each user should be encouraged to “break” things in Epic while training and during the Test Workflows focus in order to learn how mistakes can be fixed.  Understanding how errors are made and how to fix them when they occur are also characteristics of Best-practices agencies and result in fewer mistakes over the long-term.
