Don’t wait for “someone” to fix things in your organization – create the change yourself.

The dreaded “someone” or infamous “they”.  Who are they anyway and where are “they” when you need them?  The first couple of years I was back in the agency I looked to my folks to be the “someone” to fix whatever it was that appeared to be “wrong”.  It wasn’t that my folks wouldn’t have fixed whatever it was, they just didn’t see it.

Too many times we’re too close to the “forest” to see the “trees”.  Almost every project we’re engaged in at the moment began with a “Comprehensive Agency Review” or something of the nature.  We all have so much more perspective into other’s lives than we do our own, thus we need a second set of eyes to help us see what we don’t see.

Let us know how we can help you first, see what needs to be fixed, and then second help you create the change yourself.
