Wanna gripe about your boss or your job on social media…ya can’t just say anything.

Believe it or not, courts are swinging in both directions regarding this issue.  It’s a whole new issue for employer’s and it’s not tried and true yet, so both sides of the equation need to be careful. Complaints or gossip in the workplace used to be water-cooler safe discussions, but now with social media platforms, what used to be not necessarily wise, but was rather nebulous is now includes an unlimited audience, which is no comfort at all to companies seeking to protect their image.
