- Do I have favorites? If yes, is it based on preference? Tradition?

Make a mental list of who you’re NOT talking to – and:
- Reach out to each person on the list – and talk to them!
- Discard your preferences and make new traditions of talking to everyone.
- Make it a habit to regularly gather each team member’s thoughts, concerns and ideas.
The result: Everyone’s voice is heard. Teaming and collaboration becomes the norm.
